Residenza Eterea takes its name from Aristotle’s ether, the fifth element he imagined above earth, water, air and fire. It is a name for light, for quiet suspension, and for a timeless elegance that belongs to the landscape rather than to spectacle.
Here, the architecture follows the slope and lets daylight move through each room. Life is held lightly between untouched nature and considered refinement.

Settled in its garden
Ground-level living opening onto a private garden of over 1,400 m². E00 meets the earth directly, with indoor and outdoor rooms in quiet continuity.

Suspended among hanging gardens
A lighter position above the slope, with suspended terraces, hanging gardens and an infinity pool that seems to continue the sky. E01 rises gently, leaving the landscape uninterrupted.
